Kitchen Renovation – Holgate, York
This project involved preparing and plastering a kitchen wall in Holgate, York. Following the removal of old tiles, the surface was left uneven and required bonding to level it out. We finished the job with a smooth plastered surface, ready for splashback installation and final decoration.
SCOPE OF WORK
- Removed leftover tile adhesive and prepped the wall surface
- Applied bonding coat to level and stabilise the area
- Installed tape and beads to reinforce corners and edges
- Completed with a smooth two-coat plaster finish
- Final clean-up, leaving the wall ready for splashbacks and decorating
